Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

  • If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide an exchange or accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • For returns, please make sure that your items do not fall under the list of non-returnable items stated in this policy.
  • All shoes must be returned in their original boxes and in unused, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact. All returned merchandise will be reviewed, and those that do not fulfill the criteria for exchange/return will be rejected.
  • We charge $3.00 for damaged or defaced boxes.

Items Returned After 14 Days

  • If you return an item after 14 days, any refund will be made via store credit only.
  • We are unable to accept merchandise for exchange, return, or store credit after 30 days.

FINAL SALE Items

  • Items marked "FINAL SALE" or sold under "FINAL SALE" promotions cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
  • FINAL SALE Items are clearance stock which may have defects. There will be strictly no returns, credit or refunds for defective merchandise sold.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Orders purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
  • For hygiene purposes, there will be no exchange or return of accessories.

Items Purchased using Gift Cards / Vouchers

  • Any returns on items purchase with a gift cards / vouchers will only be eligible for refund via store credit.

Defective Items

  • We will gladly replace any defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. pediped Singapore is only able to exchange defective merchandise for the same style and size as the defective pair. A refund or alternative merchandise may be offered if there are no replacements.
  • If a defect occurs as a result of normal use after 30 days and up to 3 months from the date of purchase, pediped Singapore may, at its option, provide store credit. The amount of store credit will be determined by pediped Singapore.
  • Damaged merchandise due to improper use and/or poor maintenance do not quality for replacements, refunds or store credit.

Shipping Errors

  • Only exchanges will be provided for merchandise that was shipped wrongly.

Return Shipping

  • If a shipping error occurred on our part, or if you are sending back a defective item, we will gladly reimburse you for your return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. Shipping reimbursement will be credited to the original purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you at no charge.
  • If you use your own carrier, we recommend using a traceable delivery method. pediped Singapore is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
