pediped Singapore has a very strict MSRP policy and does not allow the sale of it's product on auction sites such as eBay. Retailers who discount or sell on auction sites will not be shipped to again. In fairness to all its retailers, pediped Singapore makes every effort to enforce MSRP. How do I become a retailer?

Please fill out our Retailer Application form to be considered. Applications are generally answered within 3 business days. 

Why do you not permit selling on auction sites such as eBay?

Retailers that sell pediped® products on eBay have consistently violated the suggested MSRP. In order to protect our brick and mortar retailers, our policy is to stop eBay auctions and not support retailers who sell on eBay.

What kind of stores do you allow pediped® footwear to be sold in?

We welcome all stores and departmental stores carrying children related merchandise or stores specializing in footwear. We take pride in our brand and are selective about the stores that sell pediped® footwear.

Currently, we do not accept applications from stores selling used goods or consignment stores.

What is your minimum order requirement?

24 pairs for initial orders, 12 pairs for reorders. You may mix and match styles and sizes.If you have a licensed retail shop and would like to sell pediped® footwear, please complete the pediped® Retailer Application form. Our customer service department will respond within 3 business days. Thank you for your interest in pediped® footwear.

What is the status of my retailer application?

If you have not heard back from us after 3 business days, please contact us at care@pediped.com.sg. Incomplete applications will take a longer time to process.

International Retailers:

Metagold International Pte Ltd is the sole representative for pediped® footwear in Singapore and Malaysia. To sell pediped® footwear in these countries, please complete the pediped® Retailer Application form.
